How to read charts:
The design is shown in chart form. Each colored square on the chart represents one knot. The canvas, when looked at closely, has parallel horizontal threads and twisted vertical threads. In latch hooking the knots are made over the horizontal threads. Starting at either the top or bottom left, work across in rows from left to right. Complete one row at a time, using yarn colors corresponding with the graph.
The Graph N' Latch® canvas has been woven with a blue grid line every 10 lines, to insure ease in hooking for a perfect design every time.
A color key symbol accompanies each chart. This key symbol indicates the color of yarn to use for each knot on the chart.
